Renewed Effort at Updating

Okay parents... I promise to do better updating this semester. I have made this my homepage so that should help. I will make sure that test dates and major projects are always on the calendars below. I will try to make sure that the daily activities of each unit are up before we begin that unit. Note that I do not put every small assignment on the calendar. Due dates are always written on the board with the respective assignment. Students are responsible for writing down due dates for these smaller assignments

Tests & Projects

Okay here are the tests and our first project. Stay tuned for our projects on cell structures and genetic disorders.

  • August 28 -- Unit 1 Test: The Nature of Science (Bio I & Pre-AP)
  • September 11 -- Present Biome Powerpoints (Pre-AP) & Present Biome Posters (Bio I)
  • September 18 -- Unit 2 Test: Ecology
  • October 7 -- Unit 3 Test: Biochemistry (Bio I & Pre-AP)
  • If I can create (or find) a good cell model project it will probably be due around the 14th or 15th.
  • October 22nd or 23rd: Unit 4 / Nine Weeks Test: Cell Structure and Function / Comprehensive
I'll hit you with the second nine weeks' tests in late September or early October. In case you haven't noticed the semester does not end until January 14th this year (Booooooo...).
